Hey there.  How are you holding up?

2020 has been a year unlike any other and as we begin a new year, the pandemic continues to disrupt our daily lives – making us feel emotionally drained and overwhelmed.

Valentine’s Day, a day to celebrate love and connection, is coming soon – February 14th.  Do you have a connection to celebrate or will you be alone?  If you are not connected to a loved one right now, that is okay.

CVS Health invies ALL young adults aged 18-24 to join a free Here 4 U online peer support session between February 8-12, 2021 and you are welcome to invite one of your friends or loved ones between the ages of 18-24 to join, too.

The last year has been unlike any other, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed and like you are drowning.  Time for Care is a free program with a special set of digital, communal conversations for all vulnerable populations, ages 18-24, to have honest conversations – to have a real talk!

You are invited

to join one of our upcoming Here 4 U support sessions. Each one will last about an hour, and the conversation will be led by experienced experts in mental and emotional well-being. This is a great opportunity to share how you’re feeling in a safe, anonymous way, while also hearing from others like you.

And please feel free to invite one of your friends or loved ones to join – it’s all about what makes you feel comfortable.

Here 4 U is part of CVS Health’s broader Time for Care initiative that encourages young adults (aged 18-24) to seek the mental health support they need in order to understand and copy with depression, stress, anxiety isolation, and suicidal ideation.

We hope you will join one of these open and honest conversations that will provide a safe space to talk about how you’re feeling during these challenging times. Please visit this link to view all the sessions scheduled and to register.

When asked while registering how you first heard about the Here 4 U program, please be sure to mention “HOSA-Future Health Professionals”.
